Najbrži i najslađi doručak ili užina za klince i klinceze, mada kad bolje razmislim  ni odrasli nisu imuni na njega. U suštini to je mekika testo od kojeg kada umesite možete peći i prazne obične mekike. Priprema je veom brza što je najbitnije za sve, bilo da imaju ili nemaju vremena. Ukoliko vam se jede sladak obrok, doručak ili za koju god priliku se odlučite da pravite, umesto soli u testo stavite šećera po ukusu i nadev takođe i dobićete finu poslasticu. Testo je izuzetno mekano i kad odstoji neko vreme, ali ga naaaaravno morate skladištiti kako treba. U metalnoj kutiji ili u činiji koju ćete obložiti folijom ili odgovarajućim poklopcem.

Sastojci:

1 jaje
1 prašak za pecivo
250ml jogurta
brašna taman toliko da dobijete mekano testo
so (po ukusu)

Nadev npr.
narendate 100g sira,
100g šunke
sitno isećite marinirane šampinjone, ili sveže malo propržite, pa isecite
Sjedinite ih u smesu
kečap

Priprema:

Promešajte sve sastojke sem brašna, njega postepeno dosipajte u smesu  i mešajte posle svakog dosipanja kako biste napravili mekano testo bez greške.

Kada ste umesili testo, ostavite ga da odstoji desetak minuta, nakon kojih ćete ga razviti na debljinu od 1cm i seći na kockice u veličini koja vama odgovara. Stavite premaz po želji u sredinu testa, malo nadeva koji ste napravili i preklopite.

Zagrejte ulje i stavite vaše trougliće da se peku. Pečenje ne traje dugo svega nekoliko minuta za obe strane, jer je testo tanko razvijeno. Takođe možete ubaciti i nekoliko kockica testa da se ispeku prazni, podjednako ćete uživati u njihovom ukusu.

Pizza triangles done in 20 minutes!

Hey guys and lovers of fast and cool meals. Today we are going to talk about pizza triangles or just soft and fluffy breakfast that goes with anything. This dough is soooo cool because is so versatile, that if you want you can make it with sugar instead of salt so you can fill it with jam or cream, or nutella and make a sweet version of it. It’s also cool because you don’t need a lot of time to make it, you are done really really fast. So let’s see the recipe.

Ingrediens:

1 egg
1 Baking powder (1,5 tsp or 10 gr)
salt or sugar if you’re making sweet ones
All purpose flour just enough for you to make a soft dough

Filling example:
100g cheese
100g ham
A few thinly sliced already fried mashrooms
Mix them to be compact
kethup, mayonnaise or what ever you like the most

Instructions:

Mix all ingedients except the flour, you have to slowly add flour to the mix so you don’t over do it and lose the softness of the dough. When your dough is done, leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Take the rolling pin and thin the dough to be 1cm thick. Cut the dough in cubes, in size that suites you. In the middle of the cube put ketchup and add some filling, fold the dough into a triangle and fry them in heated oil (medium heat) on both sides until they get golden color.

You can put a few empty cubes to fry too, you won’t be disappointed.
